resort tariff 2008 - 2009
Charges are per night inclusive of Luxury Tax at 15% and with breakfast provided. All rates are quoted in
Indian Rupees (click here for Currency Converter). Bills will be charged in Indian Rupees and may be settled
by foreign guests in local currency (on presentation of a Certificate of Foreign Exchange) or directly via
Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards.

LUXURY LAKESIDE ROOM (Maximum 5 available)
Double or Twin bedroom in lakeside accommodation block, with tiled sit-out and shower room
with WC and wash basin. Cable TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities included.
Ceiling fan provided. Optional Air-Conditioning available at an additional supplement of Rs.750/ night
(this includes a payment of Rs.50/ night to Climate Care for carbon offsetting this activity).

Occupancy is limited to two people per Room. Please note, we do not accept bookings that include
children for the lakeside rooms owing to the close proximity to the lake and ponds.

DELUXE LAKEVIEW VILLA (Maximum 5 available)
Lakeview Villa with Double or Twin bedroom, balcony, shower room with WC and
wash basin, living room with dining area, private garden with pond.
Cable TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities included. Ceiling fans provided.
Air-Conditioning option not available in the Villas.

Villas are designed for double occupancy although a maximum of one extra adult or two children
may be accommodated with extra beds in the living room (supplements apply).

Stay 7 nights or more and we will give 10% DISCOUNT off the above room tariff*
Stay 14 nights or more an we will give 15% DISCOUNT off the above room tariff*

*Long-stay discounts are for accommodation only and may not be combined with any other
discounts or special offers. Air-Conditioning Supplements, Festivities Supplements,
Meal Supplements and Special Packages and are not subject to discount.

Meal Supplements
Lunch Rs.230 per person per night (inc. 15% tax); Dinner Rs.345 per person per night (inc. 15% tax);
Full-Board Rs.575 per person per night (inc. 15% tax).

Children
For children under 6 yrs sharing with an adult there is no additional charge. A Child Rate of 50% the
Extra Adult Supplement rate applies for all other children aged under 12 yrs.
Children 12 yrs and over are charged the full adult rate.

Child Safety
Please note that Fragrant Nature is a lakeside resort with wildlife gardens, ponds and a swimming pool - for
safety reasons children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on the resort.
This is a condition of acceptance of bookings that include children. We do not accept bookings
that include children for the Lakeside Rooms owing to the close proximity to the lake and ponds.
