Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy is applicable for all properties.

Standard Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date to be eligible for a refund.

Peak Season Policy

For stays between 1st December to 20th December and 11th January to 28th February, a minimum 14-day prior cancellation notice is required for any refund.

Non-Refundable Period (Blackout Dates)

Bookings for stays between 21st December and 10th January are completely non-refundable. No cancellations or amendments will be permitted during this period.
