The staff are extremely courteous and welcoming. Would like to specially mention excellent service provided by Anagha, Saila and Nikita who were proactively attentive to guests needs in the buffet section
Buffet dinner was excellent without being overly lavish
After dinner one of the servers (Anagha) got me an Americano which I requested. The coffee was served with generous quantity of hot milk on the side (normally given in a micro sized cup)
The buffet breakfast was also very good. Had everything without being overwhelming.
I was sitting out on the balcony on wrounght iron chairs and requested for a cushion as the chair was hard and cold. One of the staff (Akash) hunted out a cushion for me and was made sure I was fully comfortable. In most other hotels staff would have been well within their rights to refuse to get a cushion for outside furniture

Having stayed at their property in Fort Kochi last year, this became a strong choice. We booked 3 moonlight bliss rooms and the wild orchid suite , the rooms were decorated in a very similar manner to the one in kochi and all had spacious balconies. The suite was massive and had all amenities for us to enjoy some family time in the evenings before dinner. Breakfast was scrumptious with a wide variety of western and Indian options. We tried the spa and enjoyed the 15 min complimentary massage provided. During our 3 night stay, we had 1 lunch and 2 dinners and food by chef Alex was consistently delicious. Special mention about Mr Mishra, the restaurant manager who tirelessly worked to ensure everyone was taken care of. The hotel offered a wheelchair and a bathroom with easy access for my dad who was recovering from a fall. There was time to indulge in some table tennis and a game of carrom on the entertainment floor. Would have been nice if the hotel had a bar, but knowingly we carried our own drinks. Overall the service, ambience and location left us with fond memories and the yearning to return.

The staff took great care of us with a smile on each and every face that we came across throughout our stay.
Buffet provides a wide variety of local and continental cuisines and the food was sumptuous.
We loved our stay here and would like to revisit the same hotel for a relaxed tour.

Wonderful location on the hillside overlooking Munnar. Exceptional quality food some of the best we have eaten in India. Service very good and everyone was polite and friendly. Shame there was no alcohol available in the hotel but 3 nights alcohol free were probably good for us and there was a wonderful selection of fruit juices and mocktails.

We absolutely loved the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with breathtaking views of the surrounding tea plantations. We did their tea plantation tour for 500 rupees and learn a lot and got some great photos. The onsite restaurant is also incredible. Their chef is highly skilled. The fried chicken with mashed potatoes (I know it’s not the local specialty but was so well done).
