Using Our Website

Our site lets you explore our hotels and manage bookings. All content belongs to Fragrant Nature or is used with permission. You can't copy or reuse anything here for business without getting our okay first.
We update our site often. Room details, prices, offers, and photos can change without notice.

Making Bookings

Bookings are made with the specific Fragrant Nature hotel. Availability and conditions depend on your dates, so please review all details carefully before confirming.

Money Matters

You'll see the price when you book. What you pay changes based on when you come, how many people are in your group, and what's included.

We add taxes and required charges to your bill. That's the law.

Sometimes we need money upfront—either all of it or part. We'll tell you during booking how to pay. You can use credit cards, bank transfers, or payment links.

If you eat at our restaurants, visit the spa, or do activities during your stay, you pay for those when you check out—unless your booking package already includes them.

Checking In and Out

Check-in times vary, and ID is required.

Changing or Cancelling

Cancellation rules vary by booking and are shown during booking and confirmation. Refunds depend on timing, and changes are subject to availability. It might also change your rate or cost extra.
When we refund money, any bank fees or payment processing charges come out of your refund.

How We Expect Guests to Act

Please respect others and the property. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal without refund. You are responsible for any damage and must follow hotel's rules on smoking, alcohol, noise, and conduct.We'll add repair or replacement costs to your bill.

When you use our pool, spa, gym, boats, or activity areas, please follow the posted instructions and listen to our team. You use these facilities at your own risk.

Extra People and Visitors

Rules for children and guests vary. Only registered guests may stay overnight, and visitors need approval.

Activities We Help Arrange

We can help arrange local tours and activities.

Sometimes other companies run these activities, not us. Those companies are responsible for keeping you safe and providing good service.

You choose to join activities voluntarily. Think about your health and fitness before signing up.

Fragrant Nature isn't responsible for problems with activities run by other companies, except where the law says we must be.

What We're Responsible For

We aim for accuracy, but errors may be corrected at any time.

Fragrant Nature isn't responsible for things like lost business opportunities or missed plans because you used our site or made a booking, except where the law won't let us say that.

Keep your personal things safe. Room safes may be available, but liability for loss is limited. We are not responsible for events beyond our control.

The Fragrant Nature name, logo, and website content are legally protected. Do not use them without written permission.

These terms follow Indian law, specifically the laws of Kerala State.

If there's a disagreement about our website, a booking, or your stay, it will be handled by the courts in Kerala, unless the law requires something different.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded. If cancellation is done within 7 days of arrival, then full amount will be charged.
• Kindly note that we will not be liable for any bank charges or fees incurred while processing the refund.
• If cancellation is done 14 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded. If cancellation is done within 14 days of arrival, then full amount will be charged. This for the following mentioned time period - (December 1st to December 20th).
• No refund for cancellation on Peak Period (December 21st to January 10th).
