Our stay at Fragrant Nature Resort, Kollam was truly unforgettable. The resort is located in a calm and quiet environment, right by the side of a serene lake. The property is vast, beautifully maintained, and full of greenery, giving a soothing ambience the moment you step in. Everything is well spread out, offering ample privacy and peaceful spaces to relax.
We booked both a Family Villa and 3 Premium Lake View Villa, and they were spacious, comfortable, and designed to make the stay enjoyable. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist.
The food was delicious, with good variety and quality. The boat ride arranged by the resort was truly breathtaking and became one of the highlights of our trip.
We also organized a family event at the resort, and the staff provided every possible support to make it a complete success. Their professionalism and willingness to help made a huge difference.

We came to Fragrant Nature as part of a group yoga retreat. It has been a lush, green and peaceful week, with the temple opposite the lake playing mantras throughout the day adding to the atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming, and try hard to be helpful to meet our needs and food and beverage orders, but it can be slightly disorganised or misunderstood! I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch provided - it has been excellent, and they accommodate different dietary requirements. Seela has done a great job with the housekeeping, and the house yoga master gave us an excellent pranayama practice outdoors on the scenic sunset bar area - and not to omit the other staff who have all been friendly.
Overall it has been a very pleasant stay.

A lovely experience at this property. We booked the private pool villa and had an amazing time. It's a corner villa with total privacy and the private pool is just amazing. Entire property is also quite well spread out with ample walking opportunity and the lake view is very relaxing. Not much of birding activity though but saw a few rare kites , bats etc. the evening time is extremely picturesque from your villa. They have a coffee shop where one can eat some basic snacks on paid basis. Their common pool is also good though it's shaded most times. Food was good but their buffet is slightly limited in options and also found many fruit flies on their open food like fruits, bread. Trust that part will be corrected soon..
Otherwise their staff is good, helpful.
